Servant Heart Assessments
Follow the four steps for your ServantHeart Assessments. When you complete the first two, information will be compiled and given to you as part of the Servant Heart Seminar where each assessment will be explained and interpreted for your unique profile.
Step 1. Assess Your Personal Style
Click Here for the online Personal Style Assessment Form. Respond to 14 statements and click "submit." The information will be compiled and given to you at your seminar. Close the Personal Style Assessment Form window and continue on to Step 2.

Step 2. Assess Your Spiritual Gifts
Take a free online assessment at Church Volunteer Central: Spiritual Gifts Assessment You will be redirected to a Survey developed by Group Magazine. Respond to the 64 brief statements. At the end, click "Analyze My Answers" and you will see a list of 16 Spiritual Gifts in rank order of your response. You can choose to "print a copy" of these results as well as "email a copy" of them to Pastor Bill at Turn on JavaScript!; Close the Spiritual Gifts Assessment Form window and continue on to Step 3.

Step 3. Have Three Friends Fill Out Observer Assessment Forms
Click Here to download an Observer Assessment Form. Choose "view in Adobe Acrobat" to simply open it on your computer. Print three copies and then give each one to a friend who knows you well. Have them follow the instructions and return the forms in time for you to bring them to your seminar. Close the Observer Assessment Form window and continue on to Step 4.
Step 4. Fill Out A Ministry Passion Assessment Form
Click Here to download a Ministry Passion Assessment Form. Choose "view in Adobe Acrobat" to simply open it on your computer. Print a copy and then at a time you have opportunity to reflect on the questions, fill it out. This may take up to 30 minutes. It will be helpful, but not critical to have this completed in order to bring to your seminar.

A second interesting assessment of personality from a more global perpective is the well-known and recognized Myers-Briggs Temperment Type. I have used a "Jung Typology Test" by Humanmetrics that seems to reliably track with the Myers-Briggs inventory. It is available online and free by clicking here. When completed, it should produce a "4 letter acronym" of the Myers-Briggs typology.
